Each season, dozens of teen mentors are matched with students to work, learn, and play side-by-side.  Our teen mentors help their students to stay focused and encouraged during the teaching sessions. 

Additionally, they enjoy snacks, games, and sports during the break times.  Our teen mentors also help lead special activities, such as science demonstrations, outdoor games and sport training. Our volunteers stay active year-round on the Teen Advisory Board, an auxiliary organization that supports Tusome's advocacy efforts, recruitment drives and fundraising.
